Overview - We are receiving reports of connectivity loss on IC-air via Mow Cop, the monitoring system has also indicated a loss of reachability to the equipment. Investigation is underway.

|04/09/2017 13:39 - ||There was a fire nearby in the early hours and the power was disconnected as a precaution by the fire brigade, the site fell back to battery supply and due to the extended run time the site turned off. By the time the engineer arrived the power had been restored and the batteries being re-charged. The site does have UPS and power fail alerts but these were not received the equipment will be checked to allow more notice in future.|

Service has been restored to customers, we are awaiting a fault report from our onsite engineer.
|04/09/2017 11:52 - ||An engineer has been tasked to visit the site and initial diagnostics indicate a potential power issue as many items are offline including 3rd party radio systems.|
